Please upload all required documents as a single .zip file. Make sure every document is complete, correctly filled in, and signed before submitting.

Your zip file must include the following:

1. Technical Proposal — A PDF prepared using the provided template, describing your proposed sub-project.
2. Declaration of Honour — Completed, signed by the organisation’s legal representative, and stamped (where applicable). Template available below.
3. Proof of Legal Existence (for entities only) — An official registration document or equivalent proof confirming the legal existence of your organisation, signed and stamped by the legal representative(s).
4. Proof of Primary Producer Status (for individual applicants who are primary producers only) — Documentary evidence confirming your active engagement in primary production (e.g., farming, cultivation). Accepted documents include:
   
   • Proof of registration as a self-employed agricultural worker or farmer under your national system
   • Official registration in a national or regional agricultural or farmers’ registry
5. Bank Account Information — Required for direct payment processing by the EMBEDED coordinator. Template available below.
